I find the USA site to be very up to date but do need the European site as it is more relevant to South Africa and linked to my Platinum membership of Canon Professional Services. Go to either of these sites to get the most up to date firmware for your camera and Canon software.
I have a subscription membership to the full suite of Adobe Creative Cloud. The most used applications are Lightroom Classic, Photoshop, InDesign and Premiere Pro.

Best to become a member and you will have access to countless and very up to date online courses on many aspects of photography with special emphasis on Lightroom and Photoshop.

The best place to buy photo, sound, video and computer gear. Service is excellent with deliveries to South Africa in days.
A very good forum-based site for nature photographers. Often get good feedback/answers to your question about photo gear, computer equipment and photo techniques.
- Outdoor Photographer.
An outstanding monthly magazine covering all aspects of nature photography. Very inspirational. Subscribe using Zinio.com
- Birds as Art.
A site for bird photographers by Arthur Morris. He played a large role in my early days of nature photography.
- Tim Grey Learning.
Another good place to learn about all aspects of photography and processing software

Exceptionally easy to use software to micro-adjust your lenses.
- Helicon Focus (& capture)
Software for processing focus stacked images. Helicon remote allows you to shoot your focus stack automatically.
- LR Timelapse
Superb software for assembling time lapse videos. The author, Gunther Wegner, also has very good tutorials on for shooting time lapse videos. Works like a dream in conjunction with Adobe Lightroom Classic.
- Nik Collection
Stand-alone software package or a suite of plug-ins for Photoshop and Lightroom that provides many solutions to creative photography processing.
